Our founder, Antoinette Pinkney, is a Maryland native who discovered her passion for construction at a young age. She grew up learning from her father, a master carpenter, and her uncle, a painter, and spent most of her childhood helping them in the field. This hands-on experience helped shape her into the skilled and knowledgeable contractor she is today.
